[00:01:46] Okay Destiny, don't rewind the time machine too far back or into the future That means I gotta zoom and bleep 3, 2, 1 Zoom, bleep Destiny Okay We are zoomed right into the kitchen

[00:02:15] Cause something scrumptious is cooking And a legacy is about to be served And by legacy, I mean we're here Time for the lesson Meet our friend Ella She's getting ready for her big dance recital But she's running late, oh no! She skips breakfast She grabs a donut

[00:02:41] And chugs a soda on the way out the door At first she feels amazing Sigurus power But halfway through her dance practice Her gently starts rumbling and hurting Her energy crashes And her confidence goes splat Coach hands her water and sets Ella, Ella darling

[00:03:11] You can't pour from an empty cup You've gotta fuel your body and your faith That night, Ella prays Eats a healthy dinner And goes to bed early That morning, she stretches Drinks water And thanks God for the day She eats a healthy breakfast And dances like never before When you feel your faith Not just your body

[00:03:40] Your light shines from the inside out Okay, Legacy Leaders Mini movement break Stand up Stretch high like a giraffe Now wiggle your fingers like confetti Now say it with us Strong body Strong heart Strong faith Good job, friends! Yes!
