[00:01:54] The words you choose. The kindness you show. And the encouragement you give. Words are powerful. They can help people feel brave. Or they can make people feel small. That's why wise leaders learn how to speak carefully. And the words we choose. The words we choose. The words we choose don't have to be perfect. But they have to be thoughtful.

[00:02:23] The Bible says, kind words are like honey. Sweet to the soul. And healthy for the body. Proverbs chapter 16 verse 24. That means your words can actually bring strength. And encouragement to other people. Imagine this. Someone at soccer practice misses the goal. Or someone struggles while reading out loud in class.

[00:02:50] You may not realize it. But what you say next matters. A future leader knows how to encourage people. Instead of making a joke about it. Or embarrassing them. Imagine this. A child sitting quietly at a table. Feeling nervous. Because they don't know many people yet. And maybe they're wondering. Silly thoughts. Like, what if nobody likes me?

[00:03:20] That's right. But then another child walks by and says, hey, do you want to come sit with us? That small sentence may feel tiny. But to someone feeling lonely, it means everything. That's what we're talking about. Sometimes leadership begins with simple kindness.

[00:03:48] Our friend Gary Vee talks about kindness all the time. That's right. Some of the most biggest and popular leaders prioritize kindness. Friends, did you know positive words can actually help people feel safer, calmer, and more? That means your voice has the power to bring joy into someone's day. Just a few words can turn someone's day around.
