[00:02:14] That's right! The Power of Consistency! That's what I said! Think about something you really want to get better at. Maybe it's reading faster, dancing better. Ooh, I love dancing. Or maybe it's getting stronger, like Daniel and me. Or perhaps saving money or growing your relationship with God.

[00:02:39] Now ask yourself, am I showing up for it every single day? Dreams don't grow from what we do once in a while. They grow from what we do again and again!

[00:02:52] That's right! Here, let's do a heart check together. What's something you've been wanting to get better at lately? Maybe it's practicing piano, helping your parents more, or working towards that big dream in your heart. Here's the secret all great leaders know. It's not about being perfect. It's about showing up faithfully.

[00:03:19] Exactly! The Bible reminds us, let us not grow weary of doing good. For in due season, we will weep if we do not give up. That means even when it's hard, even when no one... God sees your effort. Little by little, your faithfulness grows in the fruit.

[00:03:46] He doesn't plant seeds one day and expect a full garden the next. He waters, he weeds, and waits every single day. Consistency! That's how growth works. Slow, steady, and business. Sports, steady, or any dream God puts in your heart.

[00:04:12] Consistency turns practice into progress. It will build your character when no one else is watching. Even Jesus modeled consistency. He prayed regularly, served daily, and kept showing up for people who needed hope!

[00:04:34] That's what our leader said. Doing the right thing over and over until your heart is strong. Strong enough to carry big things. Did you know scientists studied what happens when you repeat something every day? They found that if you do something long enough, your brain actually builds new pathways.

[00:05:00] Scientists like Dr. Philippa Lali and her research team in London discovered it takes about 66 days for your brain to form a habit. Yes! Every day you show up, you're wiring your brain for greatness until it becomes part of who you are.

[00:05:22] So whether you're learning piano, brushing your teeth without reminders, or showing kindness every morning, consistency creates your character. Every consistent choice is like a brick in your legacy wall. It gets stronger and stronger every day. Okay friends, do you know what time it is?
