Remember friends, you'll start something! Everything! Not by getting it put! Willing to notice! Imagine! And now! Can be the hero!

[00:02:24] Legacy leaders! When we say legacy leaders! When we say listing is for the next episode! Well guess what? Just one idea in a small, brave, courageous way! Quick question! Friend idea that you like! Big idea! You don't have to choose the best idea! Or the most perfect idea! You just need to choose one idea to try! That's how entrepreneurs learn! They're not guessing forever! Or waiting forever!

[00:04:15] Or trying to be perfect! Trying to be perfect! Trying teaches you things! Trying teaches you things! That just thinking or imagining cannot! That's right! Oh Daniel! Is it time for the story of the day? Legacy leaders take their first brave step! They have notes on pixels! Of course I can read! But I'd like you to read too! Hmm! It's idea no! Wow! Look at these colorful drawings!

[00:06:06] Finds from Lily! Looks like they've been testing!

[00:06:10] Not just brainstorming! Not just brainstorming! That makes sense! Lily draws the ideas she imagines! And Leo writes down the ideas he notices! Then your look! Looks full of new ideas! What I mean by full? It doesn't have any room! These new pictures in her journal! They look amazing! Let's see what they were working on!

[00:06:46] Here's one! Here's one! Morning Helper Basket! It says, let's help make mornings easier for moms and families! Ooh! And Lily drew a picture of colorful socks! A special lunchbox! And a few backpacks all ready for class! There's another one! Healthy Snack Packs!

[00:07:18] Apples, nuts! And special little containers are packed and ready! That would make lunch easy! Practice time! Practicing soccer! Businesses yet!

[00:07:57] Legacy leaders! Sometimes there's a small note! Or drawing in! That's how brave builders are! And then they try! And today we're going to be learning how you can test one small idea too! Imagine this! You're standing in front of a table!

[00:08:27] And on the table are three idea cards! One says, help organize! Another says, make healthy snack packs! And another says, create something helpful, beautiful, or kind! You look at the cards and wonder, which one is best? And guess what? You don't have to know yet! You just need to choose one! Not for perfectly, but just for now!

[00:08:55] And then, here comes my favorite part! You try it! It's risky, but it's worth your while! Try it! You do it! You test it! That's right! And testing means asking simple questions! Like, will this help someone? Will anyone want this? How does it feel to use this? What worked? What should I change next time?

[00:09:24] Oh, and let's do some research! Let's ask some of our friends and families about this idea! Will it taste delicious? The questions are endless! But you ask them! Because that's how you test it! Upside down, inside out! Yippity-deppity! It's so much fun! You might help one person! You might help 50 people!

[00:09:52] You might help a lot of people! You might help a million! This part really worked well! Or, fixing! Here's something very important, legacy leaders! A test that doesn't do well is not a failure! Every test gives you information! It teaches you what to keep and what to change!

[00:10:20] That means if something didn't go exactly the way you hoped, you still learn something valuable! And learning is part of building! And that's your golden nuggets! Oh, Daniel! Do you think Leo and Lily love testing ideas? I know they love brainstorming, but what do you think, Daniel?

[00:10:50] They got some hiccups! I think they definitely do! I can just picture Leo the Legacy Lion writing in his notebook! And he says, Today I tried one idea! And it went like this! Really drawing a picture of what happened!

[00:11:15] What worked, what was funny, and what she wants to do differently next time! And those are smart things to do! Because writing ends right! After you try something, helps you remember what you learned! Exactly! That's how young leaders grow!

[00:11:42] Remember, friends, how business could be! Small, courageous, simple, even short-term! Because there's a good chance they're gonna be our biggest supporters! And remember this! The goal of your first mini-business is not to become rich overnight! Feels like to take one courageous step!

[00:12:11] And besides that, help someone in a small way! That's how confident leaders grow! One small, brave, courageous step out of- I really love to- A story, Daniel! Me too! Because it shows us something really important! So, what did we learn today? Friends? May I go first? Sure! Sure!

[00:12:42] Ladies first! Today, we learned that you don't have to choose the perfect idea! You just have to choose one idea to try! That's right! Today we learned everything before you begin! You just choose one idea and try! Trying teaches you things that guessing never can!

[00:13:07] And even when something didn't go out the way you hoped- Okay, friends! Let's pause for a moment! You can say this out loud, or whisper it, or just think quietly in your heart! Think of one idea you had before! Something helpful! Something kind! Something creative! Now say this with us, together!

[00:13:35] I might feel nervous, but I have the courage to try anyway! Now your turn! I might feel nervous, but I have the courage to try anyway! Now say this together! I can learn as I go! I can learn-

[00:15:11] Something about your business right- Making enough money to get on a rocket ship in-

[00:16:02] Cause every month we choose a brand- And we'll meet you in the DMs, Legacy Leader! Time for the Legacy Challenge of the Week!

[00:16:32] Challenge accepted! This challenge is brave! Choose one idea! What a way! Find one class- Just one simple task! You can ask yourself, did this help someone? I came up with! And what would I change for next time?

[00:17:01] And just like Leo and- And when you write down what happened, you become wiser next time! Listen, today we're not trying to get it perfect right away! We're practicing being brave and having fun when we try! You know what I think Leo and Lily would say right now?

[00:17:30] Oh, I know this one! When you notice a good idea, write it down before it flies! He's favorite rule! Because great ideas are a little bit like butterflies! If you don't catch them in your notebook, they might fly- We sure do!

[00:18:00] They remind us of someone so very special! That's right! And friends, once you start trying ideas, something else begins to happen! Sometimes you might earn a little! Sometimes someone might give you something for your work! Hint, hint! You get paid! Once you get paid, then comes the next big question!

[00:18:28] What do I do with what I've been given? That's why next time, we're talking about something very important! Saving, spending, and giving! Because wise leaders do not just know how to earn, they know how to care for what they receive! Oh yes! Stewardship! Friends, we love how curious you are!
