Even some of the bravest leaders get scared sometimes But that doesn't stop them from stepping forward Sometimes, right before doing something amazing You'll feel a little scared And that's okay But when you know it's the right thing to do You do it anyways Even if you're on your knees shaking

[00:01:52] For example Yes, for example Then you're scared of spiders Hey, only the big ones, okay Destiny? Okay, okay Let's tell them about someone very brave today Today's story is about one of the bravest leaders in history She wasn't a grown-up She wasn't even a soldier She was a young girl

[00:02:20] Yes, Daniel, you're right Let's tell them this incredible adventure Let's do it We'll wind the clock, maestro That's your cue, Destiny But let's do it One time over 600 years ago In the country of France There was a young girl named Joan of Arc

[00:02:50] Yes, she grew up in a small farming village She didn't have fancy clothes or big army She helped take care of animals and whooped in the fields That's right But Joan had something stronger than all the shields or swords in the world It was called faith When Joan was just 13 years old

[00:03:17] They said something that shocked everyone around her God told me, I must lead an army A young teenage girl leading an army? Pardon me, did I hear that right? That's right People laughed Soldiers told her that she was too small Too weak Too young But Joan didn't listen to their doubts She listened to God

[00:03:46] She put on armor Real armor A chess plate Garblins on her wrist And a helmet She carried a white banner That said Jesus To remind everyone who she fought for She also carried a sword She didn't fight for fame She fought for peace To save her country She led the French armies into battle

[00:04:14] During the Hundred Years' War And she helped win one of their most important victories Siege of Orleans Yes, destiny The siege of Orleans When people asked Joan if she was scared She said I'm not afraid For God is with me And even though Joan's life was short Her courage changed her country

[00:04:42] And her story still inspires millions today That's legacy What a great adventure Wasn't it, friends? Yes Yes, it was So, dear legacy leaders What did we learn today? Let me start Number one You're never too young to lead Leadership isn't about your age It's about your health

[00:05:10] That's really brave, destiny And also, number two When God speaks Be brave and obey Maybe he's telling you to say sorry Forgive someone Or telling you to stand up for what's right And number three Your courage can change history It can also change someone's day You can start today

[00:05:36] Like when I let destiny have the last watermelon popsicle That took courage No, it didn't But that was sweet Do you know what time it is, friends? It's that time again Do you know what time it is, destiny? It's time for the legacy Lightning

[00:06:20] Message that she was Was it when she had her first grandchild? Or was it B After she finished university? Or was it C As a young teenage girl?
