And mine is sandwiches. We're back with another epic episode. And this one can follow up your faith and your future. That's right Destiny. So let's check in real quick Legacy Leaders. [00:01:38] That lasts longer than likes? Some things your kids will be proud to carry once you're gone. Yes, because building legacy isn't just about being famous. It's about being faithful. And today's episode, it's proof of that. Yes, today's big question is, what happens when family sticks together, lives boldly for God,
[00:02:08] and turns a little garage idea into a big kingdom legacy. Before we dive in, friends, what's the reverse of the day? That's right, Destiny, we should. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24, 53. That's not just a verse, it's a mission.
[00:02:35] And the family we're about to tell you about lived that out loud. Today we're talking all about the Duck Dynasty family. They started with almost nothing, but with hard work, faith, and family. They built a business that reached millions of people, all from duck calls. Quack, quack, quack. And guess what?
[00:03:05] It wasn't just about money. It was about living for something bigger than yourself. And with that, yes, let's jump into the story. Here we go. The Robertson family. Duck Dynasty. Once upon a time, a man named Phil Robertson was living in the woods of Louisiana. He hunted his own food, fished, and lived super simple.
[00:03:35] He didn't have a lot of money, but he did have an idea. He loved hunting ducks. So he thought, what if I created the best duck cult in the whole world? Yes, yes. Yes. Yes. So he built it with his own hands in a little garage. And that's how Duck Commander was born. His whole family jumped in.
[00:04:05] His son, Willie, dreamed big. Like TV show big. He wore a suit jacket and camo pants. He meant business. Together they turned faith-filled family business into a brand scene around the world. But here's what makes them different. Oh, yeah. I love this. They prayed before meals on national TV.
[00:04:33] They didn't hide their faith. They built everything on it. They weren't afraid to talk about Jesus. In their journey of faith, when the worlds had toned it down, they said, no, we're building a legacy, not just a brand. Yes, that's what legacy does. It doesn't chase fame. It multiplies faith through family. And guess what?
[00:05:00] Phil's granddaughter, Sadie Robinson-Huff, grew up in that same duck-car-making, Jesus-loving family. But now she's inspiring millions of people around the world. That's right. Today she's a speaker, a best-selling offer, and a joyful mama. Joyful, just like the moms listening right now.
[00:05:27] She teaches girls how to live bold, confident, God-filled lives in a noisy world that tries to drown out truth. Sadie reminds us you don't have to be famous to be faithful. He was more than a hunter. He was a truth speaker, a kingdom builder, a man of the world. And he showed the world legacy isn't about being famous.
[00:06:26] It's about bringing faith to the world. Being faithful. And now, his granddaughter Sadie and her husband and children are carrying that legacy forward with boldness and joy. Sadie, if you hear this, thank you. We're praying over your family, your help, and your mission.
[00:06:54] We honor your grandfather, and we stand with you in the next story you're writing now for the next generation. Legacy doesn't end with loss, friends. It multiplies through love.
